Jae Chang Oh

I have been practicing at Haemaru law firm since 1998, earned a master's degree from nyu school of law and a J.D. degree from korea university, and am an active arbitrator at the korea international commercial arbitration center. I have served as a member of the fair trade mediation committee and the ncp committee of the ministry of trade, industry and energy, and have provided in-depth legal advice in the field of international trade and antitrust. I also have extensive experience and interest in foreign litigation and rights remedies as an expert in international trade.
