Youngsoug Chang

I am a legal practitioner with a passion for social justice, developed through teaching a CLE class about and working with UN human rights mechanisms. My career includes significant contributions to Korean court results, including Supreme Court victories in forced labor compensation cases against Japanese corporations and Constitutional Court work on a maritime boundary case that established important legal frameworks.Licensed in both Korea and New York State, with senior experience in the Seoul Metropolitan Government's legal departments, I have experience with administrative litigation, government affairs, international legal matters, property disputes, regulatory issues; and general legal matters such as divorce, contract law, criminal and civil litigation. I focus on delivering practical solutions for clients facing litigation, regulatory challenges, or cross-border legal matters, combining local expertise with international perspective to achieve favorable outcomes.
